METHOD 1: Credit / Debit Cad

Online payments are processed securely through SagePay, accepting Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Switch, Delta, and most major cards.

METHOD 2: Business Customers – Credit Accounts

Business customers can apply for a credit account, subject to approval. To apply, just call our accounts team on 0800 3898 690.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it.

Once dispatched, cancellation might not be possible.

Yes, you can buy cleaning supplies in bulk. We offer pallet deals and trade discounts for businesses and regular customers.

Delivery and returns

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, with a 97.8% success rate for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Please note deliveries do not usually occur on weekends. Make sure your delivery address is correct and provide any special instructions if you won’t be available to receive your package.

Yes, next working day delivery is available for most orders within mainland UK. Orders placed before 3pm on working days are typically delivered the next day. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are generally not available.

Absolutely. After your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s progress until it arrives.

We deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, offshore, or other non-mainland locations.
Please ensure your delivery address is within the mainland UK.

We are happy to provide a full refund on any item ordered from us within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned to us in its original condition.

For special order items, there maybe a handling fee charged. Any faulty items will be replaced.

Always check your delivery before signing for it. If you notice any damage, sign for the package as DAMAGED or UNCHECKED if you cannot inspect it fully.

Report any damage by phone within 7 days and follow up with a recorded delivery letter within the same timeframe.

Failure to sign for damaged goods may affect your claim. We will then provide you with a reference number and arrange a replacement or refund.
